I reached there early In the morning and people were walking on the bank of the river Ganga. the sun was rising and I could see the shining water. the water shone because of sun rays it was really beautiful to see in the river. If you are in Haridwar then my advice to you is don't rent an auto or e-rickshaw to get to the har ki podi (one of the famous ghat ) as or can negotiate the fair as they always ask for extra money for a small distance and if you are going to Haridwar I suggest you some places where you can visit.

These are the place to visit in Haridwar in one day

Ganga Aarti
every day Ganga aarti is performed in the morning when the sunrise and in the evening when the sunset at the har-ki-Pauri ghat (built by king Vikram in the 1st century) it was a very unique experience for me and I'm sure it will be unique for you too. aarti filled with spirituality, rituals, songs.

Chandi Devi Temple
It is located on the Neel Parvat of the Shivalik hills dedicated to Chandi Devi Goddess. if you love trekking then this temple should be in your list in Haridwar because you have to trek to reached there as it is located on the hill but you can also take a ropeway to get there. the temple is surrounded with greenery and mind-blowing scenery ( it is advisable to start trekking in the morning if you are visiting there in summer )

Swami Vivekananda Park
swami Vivekananda park is located near the har ki Pauri and triangle in shape its a good place to visit and covered with greenery, the attraction of the park is a massive statue of Swami Vivekananda and also have another huge statue of lord shiva which you can see from the distance.

Bara Bazar(Market)
If you are a religious person(mainly Hindu) and looking something to buy then this is a place for you this Bazar is mainly famous for rudraksha(Elaeocarpus ganitrus), ayurvedic medicines and for wooden items and even if you don't want to buy anything, this place is still an interesting place to visit who knows you will find something different

Definitely, these are few places which I mentioned here but you will find a lot more when you personally visit there, local market, the people, roads, food especially the Kachori Aaloo which is pretty common in Haridwar and the sadhus. If you wish to stay in Haridwar then many hotels are there and Dharamshala's also available for free

How to Reach Manali From Delhi

manaliAlthough it was not a planned trip I was going to Dharamshala and then return to Delhi .but when I was returning to Delhi and at Dharamshala, bus depot waiting for my bus I realise that my Dharamshala trip was full of excitement and was fully adventurous I decided to let's explore more and collect some more memories for life so I was looking how to reach Manali but I decided to go with the flow without planning.

Although you can get a direct bus from Delhi to Manali as I was in Dharamshala So, I took my bag and caught the bus around 4pm for Mandi. my plane was not to go Manali directly but to enjoy every moment I decided to go mandi first and than Kullu and finally Manali. it was the ordinary bus and the price was satisfactory in comparison with other buses like Volvo.

 The Journey Begin

 Mandi

manali, mandifinally, my journey begins toward Manali. but I was not aware of the roads of the hilly area it was very carved as that was my first trip to the hilly area. somehow I control myself and I advised you to carry any medicine etc. if you are not familiar with curved roads. it was like my bus was making a circle. but after an hour I started feeling better and enjoyed my journey. I saw some small tea forms there from the window seat for the very first time and about 7pm I peeped outside from the bus and saw many tiny houses on the mountains they were shining like a star in the sky it was mesmerizing.

I reached mandi at 10pm as I had not booked any hotels in advance so I enquired about the hotel to some locals they said if not found any hotel then you can stay in the gurudwara near the bus stop but I preferred to search for a hotel than  I searched online trivago there was a hotel near the bus stop I went there it was 10:30 pm in the night but the hotel actually closed so I called on the number given on the website and the receptionist took the phone and I said hello sir I am standing outside the hotel do you have a room he said to wait for a minute I am coming to open the door that moment I felt relieved I entered in the hotel he gave me the room only for 700 hundred the room was average but as I was exhausted and directly went to bed and slept.
Next day I waked up in the morning and visited in the small Dhaba near the Sukheti khad river hot tea and the very famous Aalu ka paratha only for 60 rupees. after having heavy breakfast I went to the gurudwara near the hotel and a river is also passing near to the gurudwara it was beautifully constructed and the view was eye-catching.

Kullu

After going through the streets of mandi I caught the bus for Kullu. when the bus started cold air of mountains kiss on my face like it was welcomed me in the Himachal I adjusted my seat with the other person and grab the window seat.  Beas river was flowed along with the bus and the water was absolutely pure my bus was passing through the mountains and the mountains were unbelievable. finally, I reached to Kullu someone had told me that Kullu is famous for river rafting so I add river rafting in my bucket list. I feared for river rafting but I had to experience than I contacted the person who was providing the river rafting service there. I selected the short stretch package that was a 4 km ride, duration was 25-30 minutes and they charged 600Rs  if you are an adventure lover then I recommend you to take a ride of river rafting you could experience the taste a bit of Himalayan White Water Rafting in Beas river.

Manali

manali,Manali is a hill station in the state of Himachal Pradesh Usually most of the people think that Manali is only for newly married couples but this is totally wrong when I arrived their many people come to me and said sir hotel chahiye hotel, aao bhaiya aao hotel.. hotel, saste main krawa Dunga, Ek Baar dekh lo, mountain view rooms dekh lo. I was totally blank what's happening well somehow I got rid of that. After 15 minutes one person come to me and politely asked me sir do you need a hotel and I said yes but I should be in my budget he said ok come with me in front of the bus stand I found the hotel on a very reasonable price it cost me 900 Rs. After taking a hot water shower I dressed well and were out for the stroll. I visited the very famous Hidimba Mata mandir it was on walking distance. the temple is an ancient cave dedicated to Hidimbi Devi, wife of Bhima. The temple is surrounded by a cedar forest I recommend you to hire a guide so that you understand the importance of the temple and its history. Entry is free and you can click some pictures with the animals like yak and rabbit locals charged only 10 to 20 rupees.
solang valley
The next day I went to Solang valley I booked taxi its cost was 500 Rs but it was my mistake I booked taxi only for one side and in the returning, I couldn't find a taxi because you have to book the taxi for both sides so make sure you don't repeat this mistake. Solang valley is a heaven mountain was covered by purely white snow the sun was rising behind the mountains and waterfalls was mesmerising and unforgettable and having hot Maggi on the mountain was a special feeling you would fall in love with Solang valley. there are many activities to do for example:- skiing, it will cost you around 300 to 350 rupees. the ropeway will cost about INR 450, then what are you waiting for go there and click amazing photos and add this trip in your favourite memory list. now you know the way to reach Manali from Delhi.

My First Trip To Triund

If anybody ask me about the coolest as well as pocket-friendly destinations to explore I would definitely suggest him/her visit Himachal Pradesh once and there are some very famous places where you can visit with your friends and family for example:- Kullu and Manali, Dharamshala, Shimla, Mcleodganj, Dalhousie, Kasol and many other.

So, here is my experience of the triund trek (Dharamshala). It was a 23rd Dec.2017 early in the morning one of my college friends call me and said we have decided to go for a trip to mcleodganj and you are coming so be ready we will meet at ISBT. The ISBT bus terminus (ISBT is the oldest and one of the biggest interstate bus terminus in India opened in 1976). As it was not a planned trip we had not to book tickets in advance so we faced some problems to get our tickets. I recommend you to book your tickets in advance. you can book your tickets from RED BUS.COM and any other website also now the main part what does it cost so here is your answer if you are travelling from
HIMACHAL PARIVAHAN (Ordinary bus) then it will cost around
600-700
And if we are talking about Volvo A/C seater semi sleeper than it will cost around
800-1000( prices may fluctuate)
manaliAfter reaching to Dharamshala you need to take bus or any other transportation if available to reach mcleodganj one day is enough to explore mcleodganj there are some places that I personally recommend you to visit is bhagsunath temple, Shiva café, and the soul of the place is BHAGSU WATERFALL .where you enjoy the very famous Maggi, tea, eggs etc. before trekking to triund. we went to a restaurant for launch. and after taking our meal we started trekking if you are going to triund than I suggest you to book a guide they will charge 3000-5000 if you want to avoid the hassle of peak season it is better to book a guide. The amount will also
include the cost of staying at triund. However, there are other options are also available if you don't want to book a guide then after reaching to triund simply pay for your tent only (if available ).

triund trek
The trek to triund will take around 4-5 hours but it depends on the fitness of an individual .on the way one can find the perfect view of dhauladhar mountains and beautiful mixed forest of oak, deodar and rhododendron .along the way there are some chai shops to refresh you. we started our trek at 3 pm and we reach our destination at 6 pm and it was a great feeling to see mountains around you covered by white snow there were some students they also belong to Delhi sharing their ideas and their trekking journey we bought a tent for 2000 Rs we were so lucky that we got tent because we had not booked a tent but fortunately one extra tent was there.
Next day we waked up early in the morning and the view was incredible the sun was rising behind the mountain the next day we got dawn from triund. we started at 9 am. it took two hours to reach mcleodganj. from there I had booked my bus back to Delhi.
